Solutions · Knowledge Management

Your company knowledge, finally findable. Right in the chat.

Policies, process descriptions, product info, and FAQs land in a central knowledge base that your AI uses instantly in chat, for employees and optionally for customers too.

What is it?

What is knowledge management at 9brains?

Internal company knowledge is collected centrally, organized, and made available to the AI. Everything stored in a knowledge base can be used by the AI in chat and in any agent to give well-founded answers, not generic ones, but based on your own documents.

Typical content

  • Company policies
  • Process descriptions and guides
  • Internal FAQs and frequently asked questions
  • Product information and price lists
  • Onboarding material for new employees

How it works

From question to well-founded answer

  1. 01

    Add knowledge

Suggest it directly in chat, or add it right away with write access.

  2. 02

    Approval

Suggestions are reviewed and approved before they become visible to everyone.

  3. 03

    Structure emerges automatically

The AI builds a sensible folder structure as soon as knowledge is added.

  4. 04

    Gap analysis

A report shows which questions the AI still can't answer, so you can expand the knowledge base in a targeted way.

For employees and customers

One knowledge base, two audiences

Internal

New employees ask questions in chat instead of interrupting colleagues, around the clock, in any language.

Public

With public knowledge bases, you can also offer knowledge externally, via website chat or QR code, for example as a virtual reception for hotels or as a customer FAQ.

Just like the chat you can try directly on our AI platform page. See the AI platform

Frequently asked questions

Questions about knowledge management

Who is allowed to add and approve knowledge?

You decide that yourselves: some employees may only suggest knowledge, others can add it directly with write access. You grant approval rights specifically to selected people who review and confirm suggestions.

Can agents use this knowledge too?

Yes. Each knowledge base can be assigned to one or more agents, which then automatically factor the knowledge into their answers and workflows.

Can I share knowledge with other workspaces?

Yes, as the owner of a knowledge base you can share it selectively with other workspaces, for example between subsidiaries or departments.

What does knowledge management cost?

Knowledge management is included in the Business plan (€35.00 per user/month with monthly or €29.17 per user/month with annual billing, excl. VAT). Public knowledge bases also require the Business plan.
