AI allowance
Each license includes a monthly AI allowance. The allowance used by each request varies by model and task. The allowance included in Pro is enough for around 300 requests with GPT-5.6 Luna, for example. Business includes three times as much, Max twelve times as much.
When multiple users share a workspace, all allowances are pooled. While allowance remains in the pool, individual users can use up to 200% of their own allowance.
If your AI allowance is used up, you have three options:
- Buy AI credit: Immediately use all models again.
- Upgrade your license: Get permanently more monthly AI allowance, for example by upgrading from Business to Max.
- Keep working: No hard stop: selected models remain available without limit. Only particularly high-performance models are unavailable until the next monthly reset.
