If you mainly need the secure multi-model chat, Pro (€23.00 per user/month with monthly or €19.17 per user/month with annual billing) is enough. As soon as you need integrations with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or CRM systems, want to build team knowledge bases or create your own AI agents, Business (€35.00 per user/month with monthly or €29.17 per user/month with annual billing) is the right choice. Both plans are fixed prices: you get unlimited chat with GPT-6 Luna, and you use premium models through the included AI allowance. You can mix licences inside your company as needed. All prices exclude VAT.

No hard stop: every paid license includes unlimited chat with our standard model GPT-6 Luna, even once the monthly AI allowance is used up. The allowance applies to premium models such as Claude or GPT-6.1 Sol. When it runs out, you can buy additional AI credit, move to a larger plan or keep chatting with GPT-6 Luna until the monthly reset. Unlimited use applies in chat, not during the free trial and not for autonomous agent runs.

Your data is processed and stored exclusively with us in Germany. The AI models themselves are accessed via APIs. Many of them run on EU servers and can be used in a GDPR-compliant way. A few frontier models that aren't yet available in Europe run on servers outside the EU. Every model is clearly labelled so you always know where it is hosted. You decide which models you want to use and which to enable for your employees. Your data is in any case only stored with us in Germany. All providers are listed as sub-processors in our DPA.

For every model labelled as an EU model: no. This is built into the architecture: your data is only processed at runtime and is not stored by the model providers. For models that run outside the EU, we can't guarantee this. That's why all models are clearly labelled, so you and your data protection officer can decide for yourselves which models are enabled for your company.
